General conditions

• All rates apply per person unless stated otherwise, with a maximum of 10 persons.
• The rates of the packages are inclusive of a sumptuous breakfast buffet at € 25,00 per person per day, service and VAT, but exclusive of city tax and reservation costs.
• The rates are based on a double use of a room.
• The offers and arrangements are on the basis of availability.
• For offers and arrangements it applies that there is a limited number of rooms available per day.
• For the gourmet packages it applies that the restaurants are reserved on the basis of availability, as a result of which the sequence as started could possibly change.
• The packages are not valid during the holidays.
• The Standard Terms and Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply to all reservations.
• For our young guests the child paradise "Kids Castle" is open daily free of charge every weekend and during (school) holidays.

City tax

• € 3,64 accommodation tax is charged per person, per night, according to council provisions.

Reservation costs

• The reservation costs amount to € 7,50 per room (irrespective of the number of nights).

Possible supplements and extensions

Cancellation service

• Against a small charge of € 15,00 per person, per reservation you can make use of our cancellation service and through that cancel free of charge at all times. In any other case the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply, in which case the costs for a cancellation can add up to 100% of the reservation value. The cancellation service can also be concluded within three days after the reservation date.

Replacing dinner in an another restaurant

• If you would like to replace your four-course dinner in Restaurant De Orangerie by a four-course dinner in Restaurant Romanoff the surcharge will be € 12,50 per person.

Additions on your dinner

• For additions on your dinner the prices on the menu are applicable.

Parking facilities

• Depending on the availability we offer you parking space in the hotel garage or on the car park of the hotel against payment.

Departure after noon

• If you wish to leave after noon we charge a supplement of € 13.50 per hour for the extended use of the room. Enjoy your Sunday and the hotel facilities for a longer period with the ‘Lazy Sunday’ arrangement. A late check-out at 17.00 pm instead of noon is charged at € 35 per room and on the basis of availability.

Suites

• If you would like to leave an hour after 12:00 we charge a supplement of € 25,00 per hour. If you would like to stay in the suite until after 06:00 pm, we will charge an extra night.

Single use of the room

• The supplement for single use of a double room amounts to € 47,50 per night.

Children up to 12 years of age in the room of the parents

• On request you can have your child(ren), up to 12 years of age, stay in your room. A limited number of rooms is suitable for this: Beach Hotel, Executive sea view (maximum 2 children) Hotel Oranje, Deluxe land view (maximum 2 children). The costs amount to

           € 50,00 per child, per night, including breakfast buffet.

Children up to 12 years of age in a separate room

• If you reserve a separate room for a maximum of 2 children up to 12 years of age, we charge the single rate for this extra room.

Baby bed

• A baby bed in your room is free of charge.

A third or fourth guest in a room

• This is only possible in an Executive Room Oceanview and in the Deluxe Rooms. For the third and fourth person the surcharge per child or per adult amounts to € 50,00 per night, including breakfast buffet. Half board (3-course dinner) in Brasserie De Orangerie € 39,50 per person and in Restaurant Romanoff € 42,50 per person.

Pets

• For the stay of a pet in the room, € 40,00 will be charged per animal, per night.

The packages are valid until the 31st of December 2008, subject to changes. For all packages there is a limited number of rooms available. All previously published rates hereby cease to apply.
